Hello,

Earlier I tried to buy Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands-, I tried 2 times.
It failed both times saying that the authourization failed or something similar and that I had not been charged. I checked my bank account and both two payments have though gone through.
I do not want this, it said that no money had been drawn from my account. Though for some reason, the sum was drawn?
I've looked at my order history, and it was empty.
Now I've tried to contact ubisoft support; I sent them an email this saturday and I have no response yet.
Anyone else had this problem or know how long this support takes? And do you think I should contact my bank at the end of the week if I havent gotten any answers?
