So as the title said, is the guardbreak bugged or unbalanced?

After the patch there's some heroes who can guardbreak you but there's no white shield popping out at all after they guardbreaked you which is like wtf moment for me.

Currently the one who i can't see any white shield is Peacekeeper, Valkyrie and i forgot who else but there are still 1-2 heroes which can do the same thing right now, need to check after i play tomorrow.

Not sure because of their speed or what, but they should make that all heroes will have that white shield popping out when they try to guardbreak you so that we can get the timing right, cause if for example if i were to pick Peacekeeper or Valkyrie i can easily counter guardbreak someone while someone can't even do anything to my guardbreak.

I even try standing there and didn't do anything so that they can guardbreak me, tried it on Peacekeeper and Valkyrie, nothing pop out for the whole guardbreak and after guardbreak animation.

I think there are few heroes also having the same issues, is it latency problem? or bug problem? or is it meant to be like that?

Cause if it's meant to be like that then it's sound a bit unbalanced to me. I don't know how to explain but that white shield does make me counter guardbreak more easily, maybe that's why people always countered guardbreak my Lawbringer easily after the patch.
