Same problems here, no drop location after pick-up the helicopter on Tabacal..

Same here. Or I get to the location and there is no helicopter, just a green arrow with the message "head to the location" in the top left of the screen.

Happened to me and my co-op partner once as well. We boarded the helicopter, but the mission status didn't change and the arrow kept pointing at the helicopter's original location. Don't recall the exact spawn, I'm afraid.
