Hello I recognized it since longer, but now I am really curious ... The colour scheme called "Storm" is unlocked at prestige 0 level 1, but at the menu it is locked, eventhough my level is much higher then that Can you please help me?

Storm and Dusk, both unlocked at Rep 0 level 1, are both now locked by mistake, for everyone. They are aware of it.
As Gray said, Storm and Dusk are not meant to be locked and we hope to have this fixed soon.
Ohh okay fine that they are aware of it ... because somehow i prefere "Storm" over all the other defensive colours ^^
