So it's the last 6 hours of the round. I waited just to see the update that would happen ... axe / swords / katana fell from the sky ... and then this :

Samurai, the one faction that has been behind the whole round, started with 55-60% on all their territories. Right now, there are 3 hours left and we're looking at a +8 / -8 territory swing.

Something is fishy.

I think the developers are adding war assests to the factions that are losing the most to make it "even", when in reality the faction war is pretty broken, it will never be even.
