This is weird. I'm having a somewhat similar system performance wise and I get a solid 60 fps with these exact settings and hardware. Please note that the enhanced version of godrays is a REAL FPS smasher. Same goes with terrain and vegetation quality. I would try lowering your godrays to "on" and terrain to "very high".

PC Specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS):
    Operating System Name: Windows10 x64
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 5-4690k @ 4,3 GHz
    Physical Memory Total[GB]: 8
    GPU Count: 1
GPU 1 Name: MSI Armor GTX 1070 OC (Further overclocked 150MHz core and 600 MHz memory)
    GPU 1 Driver: 378.78

    Graphics settings used:
    Resolution: 2660 x 1440
    Resolution Scaling: 0.9
    Window Mode: Fullscreen Borderless
    Refresh Rate: 60
    VSYNC: On
    Graphics Preset: Custom
    Antialiasing Mode: TEMPORAL AA
    Ambient Occlusion: HBAO+
Draw Distance: Medium (No need to go higher imo. Check out the minimal difference yourself by doing screenshots and comparing them)
    Level of Detail: Very High
    Texture Quality: Ultra
    Anisotropic Filtering: 16
    Shadow Quality: High
    Terrain Quality: Very High
    Vegetation Quality: Very High

I allready postet something but it seems it's lost. I'm having a massive stutterung lag with no textures or objects popping up.
I realized by reading different forums and postings that most of the users with problems using a "k" cpu (I'm using a i7 4770k). to me it seems like that there is an error which creates all those problems when the cpu is allowed to be overclocked (mine issn't overclocked).

setup terrain quality to very high, not ultra. I've got more than double fps increase on my gtx 970 and i5 3470 ( 15 ->35)

The guy with the similar to your PC has 60 fps and he chose terrain quality very high! This is the only setting that really affects the fps!

[sry for my bad english, I just studying it]

The K processors still do it even if they're not overclocked. I also have friends with the same CPU as me and they have no issues.

I'm playing the game at Ultra (all settings maxed) and 1440p resolution.

My FPS is usually between 45-60.

    My Specs:

    Intel i7 7700k @ 4.5Ghz
    32 (16x2) GB DDR4 @ 3200Mhz
    GeForce GTX 1080

Seems strange that you have lower than 30 fps at only 1080p resolution.

    Hey there LtCommander417,

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Would you be able to provide me with an image of a completed in game benchmark using a high, built in settings, please make sure that you are not using custom settings for this benchmark test. Also, we would need an image of a benchmark test where all settings are off.

Once you have done this, please provide images with these 2 tests and I will be able to pass them on to the Ghost Recon: Wildlands team for investigation.

    Thank you.

Im a little underwhelmed with the performance im getting too. Im playing at 1440p on ultra, but only getting about 40 fps in the benchmark, and a little lower in game. Other games I play on the same setting average between 120-144 fps. I understand its open world and there is a lot of foliage to render, but was expecting at least a smooth 60fps.

    CPU: i7700K OC'd to 5ghz
    Windows 10 64 bit
    2 Titan X pascal's in SLI mode
    Kracken x61 cooler
    32GB DDR4 ram
