[SUGGESTION] Add the options to remove enemy location give-aways

It would be literally game changing to add the options to remove enemy markers from hud and enemy presence/enemy dots on the minimap.

I play this game solo and with a few mates and have been having a blast. Awesome game that caters to heaps of play styles. Though there a few options that could be added.

We play this game leaning towards realism, and as such, having instant and persistent access to enemy location on screen actually makes the game feel arcadey and changes our playstyle away from careful and stealthy, to just following the orange dots around behind walls.

To achieve the playstyle we are going for, we turn off the mini map and markers. This works to a point, but you really do need to have at least the markers on to avoid having to open the tac map every 30 seconds.

If the devs could add the option to separate out the enemy location markers and enemy dots on the minimap, i'm sure heaps of players would appreciate this.

    Cheers

I agree 100%. I want my HUD on for GPS. But the rest of the stuff can go. They need to do the same with "markers" I don't want enemy's marked. (Would be awesome to have a 30 sec window where theyes are marked, then go away) but I want to see gun teammate locations, objective locations etc. Also with markers off, you can't mark sync shots. Which is annoying

If I'm not mistaken the most difficult setting for the game actually removes this feature from the mini-map, if you're looking for more realism in that respect, try the highest difficulty level.

Yep agreed. I initially started the game with all hud off bar ammo count, and on the hardest difficulty. The problem was that going loud is basically not an option. Unless you are going 100% stealth, the sicarios are like terminators with their aiming, and they always know where your location is, even if picking them off with a silenced rifle from ages away.

I play on second hardest difficulty, minimap off and markers off now. Though markers have to go on when playing solo for the sync shot to work

Second hardest difficulty seems a good balance for us, you still have half a chance of falling back if a mistake is made.
