I came up on this player through the Midnight Circuit. As you can see from the video (sorry for the poor sound quality) his LB score is 18.799 but i am winning vs him even with 20.731 ... after returning to LB i am not progressing. The wired thing is that even after beating my time i am still not progressing in the LB... whats happening. Is this a bug or hacker?

Your MC record is 18.ish, the run you recorded was 20.ish. A run of 20+ seconds is actually slower than a run of 18 seconds so you won't see any leaderboard progression because there was none.

Obviously the video was just an illustration how X_Animatronic_Y's time in LB is 18.799 while in the movie its above 20. I am not saying that he is a hacker, but judging from his stats, either he is old player with that been his second account or its just a sequential bug in the Midnight Circuit.

i had that too once in a previous midnight circus
had to beat the guy for like 3 seconds for the game to say i had beaten him for 0.2 seconds xD
never found out if it was a bug or a "cooked" time but the guy was known for some other weird things, so maybe........

Must be a bug. Wrong version of ghost or something you're put up against.
The ghost I was put up against in my last races had 1 crash and was easily defeated. The time the ghost had set was different from the time my opponent (tellboy) had on the LB. I do not believe he had somehow cheated a time to be in the top 130something with a race that was that flawed. Also I think (not sure) I've previously raced the legit ghost of tellboy... :-S

Yep, most likely a bug, considering how many of them are already in the game.
