The Bolivian people seem to have a strange condition that renders them instantly killed if they are struck unawares, even in the leg or glute. If they are alerted however, they seem to undergo an adrenaline fueled reaction that causes them to grow an incredibly tough skin with kevlar like properties that can resist multiple high caliber rounds that would shred a normal human's heart or spine, with no ill effects.
Does anyone know the name of this condition? Has anything been done to help the poor Bolivian people, who risk death by strong breeze if they dare to relax?

i have no idea but i wonder if it is linked to the paranoia and occasional suicidal tendencies i have noticed.
when driving along the road,not even excessively the people of Bolivia will from time to time for no reason think i am about to run them down (paranoia) so they will dive out of the way,but sometimes they won't dive out of the way,they will dive directly in front of the vehicle i'm driving (suicidal tendencies).
perhaps it is the coca leaves ???
