CPU/HDD issues ever since the closed beta. ;l

Hey there, I have some CPU/HDD issues ever since the closed beta. I've played the tech test, the closed beta and the open beta but after the tech test the game started to run like complete **** for me. My CPU is always at 100% and my HDD spikes to 100% a lot aswell which makes me stutter/freeze a lot. Yes bois, I know I need to upgrade but not everyone in the world has a perfect life. I can't afford to buy a new CPU or maybe even an entire new PC just when I want to. The issue that remains tho is that I never had any lag issues on low/medium untill after the tech test. And I believe it is because of the CPU and HDD issues. And yes, I have tried to wait 10 to 15 minutes before I started to play and NO this did not work. I'm also getting a lot of fps issues because on whatever settings I decide to play my game runs at around 30 fps which is weird because even on low it does that **** and no I don't have vsync turned on in any way.[neither is my fps limiter]

    My specs are:

    Operating System
    Windows 10 Pro N 64-bit

    CPU
    Intel Core i5 650 @ 3.20GHz

    RAM
    8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz

    Motherboard
    Acer Veriton M490G

GPU & my dual monitor setup
    Monitor 1 - BenQ RL2455 (1920x1080@60Hz)
    Monitor 2 -Acer AL1751 (1280x1024@60Hz)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (CardExpert Technology)

    Storage
    500GB
    40GB

I would really appreciate it if any of the devs could maybe tweak it up for these specs if possible because I have no clue what they maybe ****ed up ever since the tech test.

    I had the same problem:
If you have Avast, disable It!

The game is quite CPU intensive and your CPU is quite old, it does not meet the minimum requirements. The fact that it as 100% is not a bug, the CPU is trying it's best to keep up with the demands of the game, that's why its at 100%. Below are the official minimum requirements for 1280x720 at Low settings. I'm sorry but your CPU is well below the i5-2400.

Ghost Recon Wildlands Official Minimum System Requirements For 1280x720, Low Settings:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 2.5 GHz or equivalent
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 / GTX 750 Ti / GTX 950 / GTX 1050 (2GB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0 or better) – See supported List*
    VRAM: 2GB
    RAM: 6GB
    OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
    HDD: 50GB free space

I completely understand that my hardware is outdated. But that doesn't change the fact that in the Tech Test I had none of these issues. Yes the game wasn't completed by then but it shouldn't be much worse as you could still see the same distance as I can see in the full release version. In fact, it should've been the opposite way around as the game wasn't optimized by then.
