When i try to connect they ask me a 2 step verications with google authentificator ! WTF PLZ HELP

i've always had issues when pairing an authentificator with any game. i lost a wow account that way too. (changed phone while i wasn't active in the game, when i came back i needed the old phone to get in..) the only way to get it back was to send valid ID to their HQ... ended up just starting over without authentificator.

The this is that I DINT EVEN DID THIS ! I don't remember doing this thing at all ! When I try to connect on my Ubi account from my actul phone I got a message sayinr "Connection error" or something. I

Yeah great, but here's the thing with the support : THEY DON GIVE A FACK ! I called it for 47 min straight until my phone ran out of baterie life and I was still waiting for someone to pick up my god damn call !
