I have had this happen several times now.

I am tagging (or trying to tag) a truck and the circle fills half way, stops, and my guy turns and gets in the vehicle.

This could be fixed by moving where we tag the vehicles. Just move the location further back on the truck.

Also, in general, the interact feature where the circle needs to fill could use some improvement.

On other places I have had the same issue with the meter filling half way, then stopping.

I've never had this issue, sorry to hear you are.

Tagging the convoy trucks normally occurs somewhere in the middle of the truck, and nowhere near the door.

Are you sure you aren't trying to tag too close to the doorway?
