Friend bought Gold Edition and still has not got season pass or any content associated with it. Has live chatted with you over 5 times. Nothing fixed yet. Please admit there is a problem with this. There are many people across all platforms having this issue. Even I have my permanent xp boost vanish for days then come back, just to vanish again for a day. Something is definitely wrong, that you all need to address publicly.
