I cannot figue out how I can call in an armed car instead of chopper afther I got power 3

Unfortunately you can't. Once you've levelled it up to the top as you have then you'll just keep getting the helicopter.

thats why i stopped doing those missions when i had 6 points in it (Max Rank 2), also because helis can be found everywhere and armored unidad vehicles not so much

IMPORTANT tip for those still trying to work through the Rebel Ops missions - if you prefer the armored SUV instead of the chopper, stop doing those missions.

I wish I knew that when I was working through.

The chopper is handy, but becomes almost useless in the harder provinces that are infected with SAM turrets everywhere.

It would be a really nice Quality of Life change if we were allowed to select which vehicle we preferred.

Doing the Convoy missions from the chopper can be a real test of patience...

I thought the "Arrow Down" meant you can toggle or scrolled down to call in different vehicles?

Yeah - could be nice to with an option to select what type of vehicle that spawns.
