Sometimes I am not able to pull out my drone or binoculars, It happened before so I quit game restarted and it worked.

It happened again the next day and i did the same thing but it do not work. I still could not use the drone or binoculars.

After 15 mins I checked again and they worked.

Does anyone know any other ways to make them work if this happens?

I've noticed that, too. Also the sync shot command (Q) stops working randomly. I just quit to main menu, come back in the game and they all work again. It doesn't happen a lot, but when it does it's annoying as hell. You may find yourself in the middle of a mission and these things would stop working out of the blue...

Same here regarding drone and binoculars. I THINK it is related to getting in and out of a vehicle under certain circumstances. Might be during its movement and I "roll" out. Not sure if that is accurate entirely, but it does seem to happen right after getting out of one. Like others mentioned, it does seem to come back after a bit of time but is super annoying.

You also lose your crosshairs when using a minigun from time to time.

Correct, I only seem to be effected by this when I am driving a vehicle. It is almost as if the game still thinks I am driving said vehicle and does not allow me to pull out either of the two. Quite annoying when you are flying around the map hitting up convoys and you can't whip out that EMP drone.

That's a point the last time i had this happen to me I was rinding on the outside of a chopper and got out the drone to try explode the chopper. LMAOOO @ TROLLING TEAMMATES

Maybe I will try get into a vehicle and get out again that may make it work. I will reply if that solves the issue if it happens again.

Ridiculous bug.

There's just simply no way something as big like this didn't pass their QA testing, meaning they knew about it when they launched the game.

The "solution" is to simply fast travel, or reset your presence in that instance. Fast travelling onto a co-op teammate does the fix too.

Yeah ive tried that before but i didnt work, i even quit the game and restarted it still didnt work.

I mean WTF I quit the game and relaunched it !!

I have the same problem, I cant use my drone also. After fast travel the glich is removed.
