Thanks for providing all that information.

We're aware of the issue and it has been forwarded to the development team for further investigation.

This issue has been there since AT LEAST the 1.15 patch. That you haven't managed to get a FIX out for this yet is very disappointing. Most other issues I can deal with, but this is literally game-breaking. I'm NOT willing to play the game with an assault rifle and a sub-gun only, with nothing more than iron sights.

Yes, I can play on my other character...except that that is the co-op one. I would like to be able to play when in single-only too.

Most every other error can be worked around or ignored...but this one makes the game completely unplayable.

Issue seems to be fixed for me and my friend atleast, give it a look yourself. The weapons/attachments I could not loot before are lootable now

same problem here, ubisoft really needs to fix this ASAP instead of making us wait until the next patch which they said will be end of march early april!

Having the same issue here, on my 3rd save slot no weapons or attachments are discoverable or collectable. I don't even get the option to find their locations by interrogating or finding the intel. I see the boxes they are in and get the option to look at my load out but that's it.

Add both my friend and me. We restarted because we were wasting skill points seeing to how few you get at first so we started over (deleting previous saves) and same thing. I was able to see them after restarting 5 different characters but my friend had no luck.

I would like to know if we are going to have to start over when fixed too.

I am having the same issue. Can only collect weapons and attachment once per account not per save. Is there any update on when they are going to fix this issue. This is freaking game breaking. How can I play by myself and then be able to play with my friend who just started if I can't collect weapons? I sure as hell am not going to buy them from you cheapskates!!!!

THIS IS STILL A BUG...

Yeah... I just started a new game and I'm also getting this bug... I didn't seems to have it in Ghost Mode though... But I stopped playing that after I was killed by two separate bugs...

Would be nice to have this sorted... As this is the first thing I do before the main story... Collecting parts...

Any updates... Been searching on here for hours now... What a terrible bit of design...
