im now a lvl 7 warlord gear score 108 and a lvl 3 warden gear score 85 and i dont want to start a new hero because the way the matchmaking makes starting a new hero a chore and boring if playing against bots for a day or two just to get a gear score to make you self competitive and have fun (if the disconnect of so many games dont kill the fun for you).But as my warlord i got my gear score to 108 about halfway through lvl 4 and now i have a massive amount of salvage its a joke.Iv levelled up some other peaces of armour and my sword an shield but it cost steel to and leveling up my warden it can be costly yet alone starting a 3rd hero.The system now is geting a bit stale for me now seeing the same peace of armor or wepon part over and over and knowing about lvl 4 my warden will be in the same boat.Id like to see the salvage cross between heros or better still a unique armor and wepon buld were the only way to get this armor or weapons is to buld it useing the salvage when your hero hits a cirten level makeing it unique and a reason to keep grinding.i know thays colour palettes but thay are a joke its not my customization if the game tells me what 3 colours to use and when i can use them.

seriously im a rep 8 kensei (almost rep 9) and have NOTHING to spend my salvage on, if i needed salvage for a new samurai character i could just get it leveling up that new character there is NO way im ever going to get rid of 20k salvage

Lol why are you complaining about having more salvage when thats something they are charging for as well? Your saying "give me less loot cause i dont care for other players and their looting interests." & "im too lazy and dont know how to play another character yet so this salvage im getting for more characters to use it on i dont care for meeeh im a whiny baby" its a damn number quit complaining about something your not using just cause you dont to. Sure it would be cool to use salvage for more but guess what? The games in the first month of release. They are obviously adding more to the game over the course of several years. Stop being a forum poster and trying to suggest more ways ubisoft can ruin their game thats already ruined.

Wow..what are you on about ? When did they start charging for salvage and were do they sell it ?. I know they charge for STEEL. Salvage is what you get when you dismantle a heroes Armour or weapons and can not be carried over to a new hero. I,ve got 20.000 plus saved in my salvage reserve and its just going to waste.It was just an idea that i thought was good and i know the game has more pressing issues as it has loads of threads talking about it. I just wanted to post all be it a smaller issue in this salvage reserve just going to waste. An Who are you to tell a person not to post in the forums its not here just for your entertainment. I did not say or type to drop everything that there doing now and make this issue a priority i was talking about this for the future an i would definitely like to see the more pressing issues like P T P and so on sorted first. Oh and am not being a whining baby its clearly your baby brain ....

Honestly, I've been thinking about this for the longest time. After getting to Rep 9 with my Nobushi, having 26k+ salvage with nothing to spend it on beyond new Samurai heroes... Having a trade in system for salvage to get steel, would definitely be welcomed in my book. Even if the rates were really low, that'd still be cool. As to not interfere with Ubisoft trying to sell steel packs. Just... Something.

It would likely need to be less steel for more salvage. Otherwise the people that buy steel to buy gear would basically just keep recycling their money. It's great for an individual, but there is no way Ubisoft would do it. It would cut in to their profits like crazy.

true its been so long since i paid any attention to how much salvage i get i forgot that heroics give you around 125 salvage, i think 40 steel for 1000 would be the lowest fans would be happy with

Alternatively, upgrading items could be far less expensive on the steel side.
