    This is why I was asking earlier, how can Conqueror give such a hard time to players in tournaments, when his moveset is very limited and his combos can be predicted easily. I'm honestly interested in the answer. Because all I hear is that if Warlord would be nerfed then Conqueror would immediately be the top class. I just find that hard to believe when his moves are so easily avoided/countered.

    Cause you dont take damage if you miss a SB, the only good of conqueror is all here. Its boring as hell but its a win-win. Vs warden and warlord you use the dodge SB to react their charge/headbutt and after that you sit waiting.

    You still lose to PK ....cause you cant stop their light\area

    But against other if you wait and dont fight and do some SB-light in the long run (if you are perfect on defence/GCB) you can win

    Nothing of this make the char OP cause depends on high skill in defence/reactive (cause cant attack in other way than SB ->light) but is enought to be marked as top tier.

    This is why competitive play is so messed up in most games. It does not reflect the real game whatsoever.

    Side step attacks if done at the right time will go through.


    BUT, I get your point and I do agree.


    Conq needs nerfs AND buffs in order to fix him. His shield bash needs a nerf but his heavies by george need a buff. Big time. He's easy to parry... way too easy to parry

    Yep, hope that they dont only nerf the SB or conq will fall behind LB and raider XD That dont get is why some slow attacker like LB or conqueror do less damage than fastest hero .... its just a nosense XD

    Conqueror cant even finish an enemy with a uncharged heavy.....i die many times cause i cant execute a PK, they just back dodge and regain the last square of hp.

    If you unlock from the target after you guard break them and then hit them with a heavy, it will deal 30 damage instead of 23 - more than enough to kill at 1 bar of hp

    Woah what!? How does that make any sense?

    This is the stupid un-intuitive garbage that is driving new players away from this game.

    So much of this dumb game is about knowing cheesy tricks than actually having skill at the game...

    Also, I thought unlocked attacks hit from the top by default? Maybe it is different for different characters?

    But conq's top heavy is too slow to land in a GB stun...

    Of course that may be different too for some un-apparent reason. I guess that's a decent lesson. Don't assume anything because with Ubisoft you just never know....

    Conq's unlock heavy is side for whatever reason. Still, it's not exactly tight timing, just guard break, unlock during the guard break animation and hit heavy. I think you can even unlock after and it will still hit.

    Conqueror has already been nerfed.

    No more counter GB while GBed in full block stance.

    No more instant full block stance. It has 200 ms delay.

    No more glich possible. - fair thing tho'

    I suspect dmg has been reduced too and attacks slowed...

    Combo variety and attack posibilities are limited also..

    I dont' really know who works at Ubisoft and has this great ideas .. basicaly they simply dont want to touch the REAL and true unbalanced classes in this game. Hence they even buff them ( remember PK buff patch ? )
