At the first time,some thing wrong with the cloud sync。my game's save file disappeared and when i tried to stat a new game,play some hours then close it ,the game showed i have start a new game again! whatever i open or close the cloud sync.But at last i found a method to void it.

Second time my computer suddenly turned off,the game archive lost again.
The third time ,the game suddenly crashed,and when i start the game again,it shows me the game archive is disappear.

And UBI agent. is always so busy.i wait more than one hour but can't get a chance to talk with one of them.At this time i suddenly recalled the EA agent
this is the worest game i have ever met..

Steam PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<account_id> \3559
If you are unable to attach a file because it is too big to attach, please compress the file into a .zip folder using a program such as Winzip which is free.
