So I made a support ticket and sent it to the support team last Sunday 05.03.2017
Today, 1 week and still not even a reply!! Ticket no. 04481269
I would kindly ask any Admin or Administrator to solve this problem and contact the support team.
It is not normal to take 1 week to even reply to a ticket from a paying customer.

Dear fellow "scammed" customers,
It is been exactly ONE GOD DAMN MONTH since I send my ticket asking a refund to the support staff. ONE MONTH, and the last reply they sent was on the 15th of March...
Isn't it considered ILLEGAL to SELL A INCOMPLETE / BAD FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT? And then ignore your customer?
Is there anyone else in the same situation who would maybe want to gather up and take LEGAL ACTION?

Ubisoft employees are worst ever! My experience! I not know how they can sleep after pissing on customers. I got reply from support after 30 days! ... well ... answer was all about "I can not help you. Can I help with something else?" ... and repete ...
Sad ... but you know. It is all about money. Not morale.
