I was a part of the first closed alpha, but I have not been able to redeem my pack on the Rewards screen.

I thought it'd get fixed with time, but since it hasn't yet, I would like to know how I can get it unlocked for me :-)

If needed, I can also show the invitation that I recieved on the 26. of oktober 2015 and the closed alpha invite from the 16th of september 2016.

Hope we can find a solution to this!
