    What's your point Murph?

How is that question in anyway relevant to people who enjoy this game, wanting to play it when they finally shut down all the servers?

The game is running just well enough it could stand alone in an offline format.

Hacking wont be an issue if your playing the game offline... and any patches would most likely null those addons/hacks out.

Offline Mode would take the game in its current state (which is still very much playable) and just remove the matchmaking functions, and allow people to play the game without an internet connection.

I still don't understand why you wouldn't want this... just like Blue said, its either offline, or no game at all? how is that even fair for those who really enjoy it?
    It's not.

If I'm not mistaken, First Aid is server side, which was why "heal delays" were and still are a problem.

Hacks are detected upon use, not based on what's in your inventory. You could use your hacks offline, "turn them off" before you update the game, and boom, you've avoided being detected.

Like I said, you are purposefully limiting the amount of activities you'd be able to do, or you're just gonna beg them to nerf four man missions. Everything you can solo now, will be the same things you'll be doing if the game had an offline mode.

By the time they shut down the servers, Division 2 will be out, and you still won't have an offline mode.

The game will still receive minor support, but your missing the whole offline aspect...

I don't know why you keep bringing up nerfing anything... is it because you refuse to change your build to accommodate a solo Legendary run, they are all over YouTube from people all over soloing those runs down.

The devs will not care about "hacks/addons" if the game is offline, and wont directly interfere with other players or their experience...

Is this the "Gift of Foresight" an Educated Guess, or a Biased Opinion?

So you're condoning the hacks. Okay.

"Minor support", like what? Year 2 is it. If they don't expand the map, the game's done by this time next year, probably even before that. You're not gonna get an offline mode in Year 2. Plus, Division 2 will be the next thing you'll be playing, like I said, still without an offline mode.

And I don't need to change my build, you'll be the one changing your build. Actually, after watching a video, the reason why those guys are soloing it is because they scaled it for solo play LMFAO, holy **** I didn't even notice. That's funny. It would've been different if Legendary followed Incursions on scaling, but solo scaling pretty much means they are handing you the game. So, if you're having trouble fighting things while playing solo and have to change your every day build for that... you enjoy.

Murph... Please take your negativity elsewhere bro, I'm not gonna sit here and argue back and forth with you...

An Offline Mode is an exceptional idea for this game IF they ever decide to just shut the servers off...

and No I don't condone hacking in an Online environment... but People who hack/addon Skyrim to make there characters 1 shot Legendary Dragons with wooden spoons, that doesn't affect my gameplay because its offline bud... can't you see what I'm trying to convey here?

What you consider "hacks" in Skyrim are considered "mods", they don't affect other players, simply because there are none. Same thing in GTA, you can make any vehicle fly, you can one shot everything, but take those "mods" online, and you are now considered hacking, because it will affect other players. Same thing the Division, sure it may not affect your offline play, but take your hacked, god rolled gear online, you now have a build that surpasses RNG that no one else will be able to achieve, except if a dev hand you those items with those rolls.. And like I mentioned, you can just "turn off the hacks" right before you go online, and no one will ever know, because they are not gonna check.

There will be no point in playing this game when Division 2 or maybe even 3 will be out. Support for it will cease, like what we are starting to see. They will not add anything new. You'll pretty much be playing a Minecraft mod.

Wasn't there a Splinter Cell game (I think Conviction) that was released that required an internet connection to play the game even if you wanted to play offline/solo but then it was changed when the servers shut down.
