The AI team mates really need to be customizable I would like to be able to pick the clothing and weapons my AI team mates use. I was shocked this was not a feature of the game.
The command wheel needs the ability to split the team into two elements one to provide over-watch while the other element moves, it feels wrong without this and makes it arcade like even in extreme mode.
Come on Ubisoft please add these two things make a great game even better.
Oh that's not good to hear concerning command wheel I find it the most disappointing aspect of the game, I would have expected more from such a big company than to give up on that idea so easily.Originally Posted by KmarkoPL Go to original post
I haven't messed with consoles in years but it seems that I remember old console games like socom that had more that four commands on their command wheel, so I do believe it could be implemented if they actually stepped up to the plate and tried.
Imho for a game that promotes itself on approaching missions tactically a simple split squad / bounding over-watch ability should be an absolute given not a what if. .
Cool, glad this may have a chance of being implemented.Originally Posted by xMasterJx96 Go to original post
Come on Ubisoft let us customize our team mates!
Lol just don't forget the guns I really want to pick the team weapon load outs not just the clothes ect.
Still leaves the command wheel. Four command options for the team? It's not near enough.
At least give us the ability to split into a 2 man over-watch and 2 man movement elements so us SP guys can get some serious tactical movement happening in our games rather than the "Follow me like a puppy" stye of movement we have atm.

Feedback of squad ai was given more than 2 years ago, then after the first Solo videos started popping in but Dominic Butler's excuse, erm, vision was that he did not want the player (read casual kiddie, you know, the ones to whom the game was catered to) having to micromanage the team mates.Originally Posted by Nomad_Six Go to original post
Which is extremely confusing because they also said they wanted to bring GR to its roots ans us to have a GR experience and if I remember correctly, OGR was all about managing 3 different squads so 1 should have been a breeze.![]()
No worries, just doing my part as I am also waiting for them to say something about it... meanwhile, the game is getting cheaper and cheaper by the weeks and I am loving it because I'll get it for a song. I'm hoping by then, it will be at least 80% to my liking, all patched up so I am good paying some local store 10 bucks for it... I win and the local store wins.
Btw to Ubisoft and anyone else taking the time to read this thread don't get me wrong I am not a hater of this game.
I took part in the open beta and was amazed by the game but left counting the days for release when it ended like many people lol.
Wildlands has some truly amazing features and the most realistic of environments I have experienced in any game to date.
It really is a great to play.
I just feel it lacks in the SP team customization and command areas.
