Why keep nerfing the most balanced hero in this game BUT not OP ones

Kensei main and it's annoying to know that my attacks are the most easy to parry and are by far impossible to open someone up with in high level play... I look at the moveset of heavies and compare them to mine and it's ridiculous. They all have at least one unblockable an opener for offense (shogoki unint passive warlord unint heavies and headbutt conq superior block passive) I have to throw 2 attacks to get to my overhead heavy mix-up which is 100% counter able by rolling out as soon as you see unblockable. Kensei is easily the most balanced hero in this game and it mind blows the hell out of me to see him get stuff taking away and peacekeeper has attacks that you can't change guard into to block. YOU literally cannot block a PK attack as kensei if your guard is in another position when the attack is thrown. HUGE balance problems with heros like (Warlord Conq PK) and the most balanced one, kensei has had moves taking from him that only 15% of skilled Kensei players knew of anyway but warlord has the ability to be basically unkillable with passives in domino. If you have an unblockable or uninterruptible that doesn't require attacks to be thrown you're already 70% better then kensei if your attacks aren't easy to parry. Please noobs don't come in here and try to provide an opinion if you don't have 20+ hours on this game. Every HIGH skill kensei player knows he has lil to nothing to offer and are just playing him just because they personally like him or see his potential if this game was more balanced

The problem is Kensei is quite possible the most predictable character, to a fault. At the highest level of play, kensei is likely going to be near the bottom in terms of viability; perhaps one spot above my Lawbringer, lol. One interesting idea I've heard is to allow some of Kensei's attacks be chainable into a side dodge attack, but that really would start taking him into hybrid territory, in my opinion.

Well. You need to learn how to feint. This is the alpha and omega of kensei. Cancel your unblockable heavy into another attack.
If you learn how to feint, you are basically total different to your opponent

If you dodge a Kensei 24/7, feint will be pointless. Then you dictate the terms of the engagement, because at most he will block your attack, Kensei has no punishment for a block reaction either.

Aslong as you can dodge and guard break, you will take care of Kensei's all day long.

As someone who was going to main Kensei, they are the worst class in the game easily dealt with.
