    Still Haven't Received My Collector's Edition Game!!!

    If anybody even cares at this point, I was one of those unfortunate souls who pre-ordered the Collector's Edition. Got a nice toy statue to stare at and some posters, but still no game. Spent hours online, in their customer service chat (worthless), reaching out to the Ubi moderators in various forums. Still nothing. No explanation, no email, no tracking number, nothing. Anybody else with this same issue?

    This is commonplace for Ubisoft guys. Pre order from Amazon or the PSN in the future. Ordering from Uplay/Ubisoft is a guaranteed mistake. Same thing happened with For Honor.

    Ubisoft has no clue what they're doing.

    Yeah, I will never purchase from their store again. The way this has been handled is ridiculous.

    Me to still have no info no tracking nothing this is what they told me on the chat support ...

    I sincerely apologize that you have not received your Collector’s Edition and for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately, there was an error in our warehouse processing that prevented the orders from shipping. However, I am happy to report that our teams have identified and resolved this issue. We expect to have your order shipped out to you very soon! We do not currently have tracking information, but will be monitoring the deliveries once it becomes available.

    Lol I should of never bought from them on there Ubi store you bet your AZZ ill never buy anything from them again its either Gamestop Or Xbox Live store Sorry Ubisoft but you handle this poorly !!!

    Have you got your stuff yet ? I still havent gotten mine !

    I am still waiting on my stuff as well, on the plus side my ticket changed from new to in progress... Though that was on Monday and still no word back...
