I like using Mines but you gotta look out for Civilian cars as they sometimes past by.

my favorite way to stop a heavy convoy is to take 15 minutes to set up a road block 1000 meters ahead only to have them SMASH STRAIGHT THROUGH IT AND KILLL YOU SO YOU HAVE TO QUICKLY TAKE ONE OF THE ROADBLOCK CARS, AND DIE BECAUSE THE HELICOPTER IS DESTROYING EVERYTHING YOU HOLD DEAR

So let me get this straight... in the video, the teammates are being shot at from an armored vehicle with a mounted mini gun (point blank mind you) and still they were able to blow it up and not get a scratch??? How many magic potions of armored plates they had on their Bodies? I did not have the sound on but, what did I miss?

you didn't miss anything. The video shows a poorly designed game.

if you have 2 or 3 ranks of vehicle damage and the medal the HTI will one shot the convoy vehicle. so make sure you DONT level it up if you want to replicate this strategy and stop the truck without destroying it.

EMP is so much better at this. the only problem is that it's currently bugged and sometimes an EMPed truck will still be able to move. ubisoft pls

if you have maxed vehicle damage already just use an LMG. the 200 round box magazine that the mk48 uses can destroy the entire convoy in one clip. only takes ~15 shots to stop the big truck 20 for the heli and maybe 30 for each escort truck. m249 is a good choice too with its high fire rate.

better way to do it is EMP the big truck. destroy both escort trucks before the enemies get out. then walk up to the truck and take the guy out. if the convoy has a chopper you can take it out in any order but i'd do it after the EMP.

the EMP recharges about 3-5 seconds after the EMP wears out so its easy to EMP the truck again if it starts moving again.

On a sub-issue.. how stupid are civilian vehicles... had them force their way past a roadblock and drive onto a mine waiting for a convoy.
