    Earning resources

So, how does that work exactly?
When you participate in a match, you get resources. Whoever wins, gets significantly more resources. But how can that be fair, if you mix up all 3 factions in one match?
E.g., I am a Viking playing Dominion. My team has me, two Knights, and a Samurai. Opposing team has 3 Vikings and a Samurai. Theoretically, if I want to help my faction, I should sabotage the match for my team, because in this case Vikings will get more resources. WTF? Am I missing something, or does that mean that all this stuff happening on the global map is currently ********?

Actually, I might have a solution for this problem, as well as AFK farming. You should get experience based on how well you personally performed in a match! Like in World of Tanks for example. You get more exp for fighting players that are higher lvl than you, and less for fighting someone lower lvl than you. And you get nothing if you did nothing. On top of that, players should earn rewards if they get disconnected, and it was not their fault, cause it is really annoying when you are thrown out of the game on the last seconds.
As a result, it will be fair from the resource prospective, and will eliminate afk farming, cause you dont farm anything for running in circles and being useless.

Are you confusing character-type with faction, which have nothing in common?
You can see it on the Emblems, a circle is a player fighting for the Viking faction, a rectangle is fightig for the Samurai and the triangle Shield (dunno how it's called in-game) is fightig for the Knights
