If the gents at Ubisoft have any heart at all, they will make some bad to the bone helicopters available to purchase or earn in-game.
To keep the map from looking like a parking lot, possibly you can only have one vehicle active at a time and it appears at the Rebel Bases when you Fast Travel to them.
I am absolutely addicted to the helicopters. Not that I am good at flying them, there is just something about getting to use my best Arnold Schwarzeneger voice and saying, "Ghet in dah choppa!" on a nightly basis that just makes my dreary civilian life a little easier to enjoy

So is it just a helicopter to access at will that you want OR do you just want some unique looking ones like the VIP pack vehicles and huntsman bike? Because if it's the first option you can just upgrade the rebel ops skills to get instant access helicopter where ever and when ever you want. If the latter, I'd only be fine with that if they make it so we can pick what vehicle to spawn using the rebel op skill and all the paid for vehicles such as vip and huntsman are added to it.

I am hoping for different types of Helicopters.
The 'whirly birds' are cool, but having access to a Super Cobra or Apache would be pretty incredible or even a small chopper with chain guns.
Like as you skill up your Helicopter skill you could select from different helicopters based off the mission. If you talking someone then using an Apache might not be a good move. Maybe you would use a New Helicopter or Medical one to blend in better etc.
