It says to unlock the underboss Ramon Feliz, defeat 2 buchon...... only I've defeated DJ Perita and Carzita and he didn't unlock. Doesn't make huge difference as I'm a completionist and want to take down the rest of the buchons before moving up the ladder but it says one thing and does another.


Update: Suddenly popped about 30minutes later when I returned to a rebel hideout.
