There are some upgrades that are in buildings I can't get in. Is it because I do not have enough progress in the game? Atm 0% progress..

Throw some kind of explosive at the door. Grenade will do it just fine.

Not working, naded and C4 not working.

some of the have an interaction on a door . this allows you to kick it in.

Not every building in the game is accessible. Most are ,and some are mission based that require explosives to be used on the door. some doors can be kicked in.
