    fastroping in helicopters

In my opinion the use of helicopters is very bad in the game as is. Once out of the area it becomes near impossible to fly anywhere without sams locking on to you. They say to fly close to the ground but from here you can't parachute without dying. Landing is also hard because you can get shot from the helicopter. Fast roping should be added to the game so you can land the rest of the team in hard to get areas such as rooftops or mountain sides. The bars on the side of helicopters are already on the model but why not fast rope?

I agree, this game needs a lot of tweeks.
As you suggested but also repelling! I have gotten STUCK in quite a few places that a repelling rope would have gotten me out. Example I have fallen between rocks and ended up unable to move in ANY direction. I could not get out except by exiting the game, and losing everything that I had earned up to that point in that part of the game or mission!!

I also do not like getting STUCK in an END OF GAME LOOP - going after El Sueno. I know I was warned but the warning was TO SHORT, it should have said more. After rescueing Bowman the ONLY thing you can do then is GO kill El Sueno. I was NOT going to kill him, but was just curious, thinking that I might get close but not actually enter that mission. It does warn you before but not where you got locked in, and the warning said nothing that I could NOT continue my previous settings. IF I had saved it I guess that I could have but the game save it pretty much BLANK and it tells you some strange things. I have never seen a game savein 25 years of gaming, like the have in Wildlands.

After going nosing around, in game about the mission to kill El Sueno, you CANNOT EXIT and go back to where you were 5 minutes earlier!!
I did the only thing I could do was START OVER. SO I lost everything that I heard worked HARD for: unlocking weapons and upgrading EVERYTHING, and I had reached level 30.

I read you can kill El Sueno and then continue playing but then you have to fight the REBELS too!! ?? WHAT, no way, its bad enough having to fight the Cartel and the Unidads, and NOW you have to fight the Rebels...

I agree! Casual carnage simulator, A.K.A. GTA V even has this! I was surprised that Ghost Recon did not, despite having the rigs on some helis already!!!

I agree with this topic I and my friend are continuously wondering why it was not done at the very beginning of the game

In agreement, rapelling would be awesome. Maybe it isn't something only available to helos but is actually a harness you can wear which allows you to rappel from building rooftops, down the side of buildings or smash through ceilings into an objective. So it can also work rappelling down from a helo.

Should have been in the game from the start. Great idea

Nice to have idea but complete waste of resources when the game has much serious issues to tackle. Just fly low to avoid SAMs (I fully recognize there are areas where you can not go below SAM's elevation) and climb up high near target location so you can parachute out.

GRW need improvements to its performance, enemy and friendly AI, more interesting side missions. These are critical areas where Ubisoft should focus rather than adding fancy stuff like fast-roping from helicopters or adding fancy weapons only nerd heard about.
