So i have bought 600 r6 credits and i got the notification saying it will arrive shortly, and i waited, this was 1 day ago. Is this stuff normal or is it bugged or something, please help

I have bought the year 2 pass, one 1200 R6 credits and one 600 R6 credits, but I havn't recieved my R6 credit from either of my credit purchases or the 600 from the year 2 pass, I bought them yesterday and still have no R6 credits
