For Revenge to be balanced, the gear stats needs to be reduced with also adding all revenge gear benefits to a single item, so if they gain something they lose some.
Also the loop of revenge skills to knock down opponents is too strong. If done perfect the other player just cant dodge or counter it in any way.
I personaly feel that your heavy attacks strik mostly thrue with revenge so there should not be any damage boost on revenge at all. Also taking into consideration if you have maxed out weapon damage, most other opponents are 2 hit kills for you.
Just saying that revenge gear meta is not a good solution. It just makes other stats inferior.

As I sayd: "Single gear item with all of revenge stats should add some balance, but the revenge damage to be boosted by gear is just too much".
