Nobody does, hence why we're clamoring for Ubi to fix it.

Instead of "clamoring for Ubi to fix it" we should be asking them to clarify the purpose. To defend its existence. If they cannot do that, or if the reason doesn't seem fair or right, than we should demand they remove it.

Frankly, I like the feature, but maybe it's too polar. Maybe everyone on the top half should drop 1-2 fps and everyone on the bottom half should gain 1-2fps and people in the middle remain the same. Then it won't be so large. Maybe it should also be balanced in other ways. Or, maybe it should be removed altogether. There are multiple ways to fix a problem. The first step should be seeing what Ubisoft's intention was in the first place. I mean, once you start complaining about the differences between classes you start asking for them all to be the same.

I know I will get criticized for this... but, it's just a subtler version of saying "having different attack speeds is unfair," "having different damages is unfair," "having different health pools is unfair," etc.

No, I agree that homogenization is bad. Different attack speeds, damage output, and health pools have their purposes, but ability to change guard should be entirely dependent on player reflexes. One of the major reasons Lawbringers have such a hard time right now is because my reflexes don't matter so much because the Lawbringer physically CANNOT change guard fast enough to keep up with certain light attack spam.

This is the ONE aspect I think all characters should be the same in.

I can block and shove PKs on my Lawbringer. I just can't deal on my raider.

They have the same guard speed.

The Raider is 1 frame slower.

The issue is not the speed. The Lawbringer can block once and then shove the PK and begin controlling the fight and draining her stamina. After blocking once with the Raider all I can do is hope I can block the second one.

i also wonder why GB is not universal for everyone either ... i can understand the range on PK GB ( because she need the range for Parry + GB ) but why Valkyrie has the Longest recover for a missed GB?? Only god know.

    Have you tried parrying?

I do think all classes should have the same Guard Break Counter window, but different Guard Break speeds and distances are fine. I still think different guard stance changes speed should exist based on weapons, but it's possible that the differences are too extreme. I play Raider and find it very, very hard to block PK, but I'm glad it feels like my axe is slower in response to my inputs than my PK is. It adds to feel of my class and weapon. Maybe some attacks need to be slightly slower and some guard change speeds slightly faster

1frame is negligible here. If you can block with LB you can surely block with the raider.
