The bug happens across PC, Xbox and Playstation, so hopefully Ubisoft acknowledges the bug soon in the list of bugs.

I hope so, and very soon, cause this is pretty game breaking....

My friend is having exact same problem, we play coop, and now he cant see missions or intel in Inca Camina.
If i take the mission, they show up grey for him, like he already did the mission, and when the mission ends, he gets no completion notification, and for me looks like he still is in the mission.

Kind of a deal breaker...

As of 5 minutes ago I have the same problem with Espiritu Santo also. Jesus christ. That makes it 3 regions unplayable for me now.

Me was also answered, but ... A week has passed since the release, the bug is not eliminated, in the steam it is written that the next patch in late March or early April.
So everything is bad

This happened for me in the Tabacal district, which contains the final Buchon for me to go after. As mentioned in the original post, I also tried googling to find the exact locations of the major intel, which, upon arrival, I could SEE the laptops and files, but could not access them.

As for verifying the game files, I'll try again, but I have already tried this. It seems like this is something that would be considered local to a savegame as opposed to files. Perhaps someone joined a multiplayer session, and was bugged due to someone else grabbing it, and the player not receiving credit for the find.

Pure speculation, of course, but the bug is quite game breaking, as it impedes progression.
