as postet before i lost all saved Progress.
I purchased the game at 7.3.2017 and I
play it till 10.3.2017 - 1 oclock am.
As i startet the game at 10.3.2017 8 oclock am
I lost my Progress, weapons and stuff.
I had no Bugs and closed the game correctly.
I lost nealy 30 hours of gaming.
The last Cloud save was on 8.3.2017

I am sorry to hear that you are having the issue with your save games. To help us investigate this issue, could you provide us with a copy of the affected save file?
The easiest way to provide us with them would be through a support ticket, which you can create on our support site here.
The default location of these saves for both Steam and Uplay are as follows:
Uplay PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<account_id> \1771
Steam PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<account_id> \3559
If you are unable to attach a file because it is too big to attach, please compress the file into a .zip folder using a program such as Winzip which is free.
Once it's uploaded, could you let me know your ticket number and I'll make sure to pass it on.
