I thought the game saves on the cloud?
So I've reinstall this game and uplay to my SSD from my HDD because I've read somewhere that I will have better game performance. I've just finished reinstalling and downloaded the needed updates but when I start the game my progress is not loaded and it says before launching the game "synchronizing save game with cloud" But when I'm in the main menu the only option is New Campaign. Not Continue Campaign pls help.

I am sorry to hear that you are having the issue with your save game. To help us investigate this issue, could you provide us with a copy of the affected save file?
The easiest way to provide us with them would be through a support ticket, which you can create on our support site here.
The default location of these saves for both Steam and Uplay are as follows:
Uplay PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<account_id> \1771
Steam PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<account_id> \3559
If you are unable to attach a file because it is too big to attach, please compress the file into a .zip folder using a program such as Winzip which is free.
Once it's uploaded, could you let me know your ticket number and I'll make sure to pass it on.
