Can you Guard break a shoulder bashing warden? | Forums

Basically the title i wonder because as a warden this has happened to me a few times and im wondering if it was connection (which considering the game didnt seem likely) or a thing, and i do mean mid shoulder charge not charging (which you can GB). thanks in advance

The only character that I know off that can guard break you during any animation is the Shugoki.

I would be surprised if other characters could guard break you during the actual charge though.

So connection then? cause it was not just a shugoki the times it happened, weird.
Edit: i meant mid shoulder bash, I.e you have started charging but havent hit them

Nope the should bash charge has hyper armor, uninteruptable, however this applyes ONLY to the actual charge-up of the move , once the button is released, it can be stopped, with a light attack, and this applis also if cancels it into a GB. Basicaly to stop the Warden shoulderbash chain don't dodge, just throw out your quickest light attack.

I've once been stopped flat by a GB during the shoulder-bash travel time. I definitely was surprised.
