So I recently entered a new area and instead of getting the prologue briefing video like usual I got nothing. I know I was supposed to get it because Nomad even commented about eating popcorn and watching it.
Not the worst thing but I do enjoy them as they provide a little story to the game. Anyone know a way to still get it?

did you have boots on ground, or did you pass through in a vehicle? I've noticed that when passing through on a chopper with a waypoint set outside of that province, i don't get the intel briefings. if i land and get out, my team will radio in that we have boots on the ground and the briefing comes through.

I cleared a province last night that did not give a brief until AFTER I did a few things in the area. The CIA for whatever reason didn't know who was running the area and we had to do a little grunt work for the spooks to get intel. THEN I got a briefing video AFTER the guy was ID'd. Actually had the same thought as you: "I am boots on the ground, where is my video?". I appreciate they have some variety here... though, not much.
