I found the Compensation Butt Stock for the Assault Rifle and picked it up and opened the menu to attach it, but I did so before it popped up showing I picked it up. Now it is not in my parts and never showed that I picked it up after I closed the menu and can't pick it up again. Frustrating because I specifically went there for it.
