It's sad that a game so promising with so much potential is plagued by bad design choices.
(1) Always Online: We can't even play against bots without connection errors. Like seriously? If your servers are that crappy, why make this game an online only game? It's bound to fail due to greed.
(2) No dedicated servers. Ubi wants to save a buck? This game would have made your company so much more money in the long run. Now that you see all the complaints, the decrease in players, the drop in sales, was it worth saving a buck?
(3) P2P connection. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't an online only game. Most of the disconnects are related to Ubisoft's DRM. If we were allowed to play PvP without needed to connect to Ubisoft servers first, we wouldn't have half as muc issues.
I won't go into class balancing because those issues can/will be adjusted over time. But the issues I stated above are priority issues that should be addressed first. I don't see the devs fixing this game before the damage is done. So yea, For Honor will die without Honor.
