Still no emails about DLC | Forums

Hey guys. Can someone please fill me in on what's happening with the DLC issue? I have input the code into ghostrecon/redeem I was told I would get an email with the DLC code but nothing. Tried calling support, lines are closed til 6:30 PM?? Tried submitting a ticket, got no email verification of ticket sent. Can a moderator or someone with the knowledge of what's going on please respond to this thread? Thanks.
