Game crash on startup. Eating all of the CPU.

I start the game and the fps just like disappears and the cpu usage goes up like crazy then it crashes. At first it ate all the cpu and I had to manually reset the computer. Then I tried a fix to the memory leak where you set priority to low in task manager and in set affinity I unticked the last core. After that the PC didn't crash along with the game. I played it fine without problem earlier (9th March 2017) at 20:00-ish. but when I tried later at just after 21:30 the problems described earlier started.

    PC specs:

    OS: Windows 10 64-bit
PROCESSOR: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5 GHz
    VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX670x
    SYSTEM RAM: 16GB

EDIT: I disabled UPnP and it works now. I didn't think that was the problem seeing as it doesn't work (ISP or Routers fault) no matter what I get NAT type strict.

Have you tried to disable Upnp on your router for the memory leak? that kind of worked for me...

PS: In theory they'll fix it in the patch tomorrow
