For some reason as conqueror whenever I guard break, stun, etc, and then go for a heavy, about half the time it goes in a different direction than I set it. ie I'll go right but it will just decide to throw it up and as a result I'm parried. Happen to anyone else?

I assume you're on console? because I've got a similar problem, & it seems to be that the stick is registering the rotation to be in the top third rather than left or right. try moving it on the bottom half instead

I have the same problem whit LB i hardly ever use the top heavy after gb becose its slow and gets blocked or parried, no matter if ive set my stance left or right it just jumps to top, bad controler or bad player? Who knows, on conq ive noticed that after gb i really have to spam r2 to get him hit, is it just me?
