Support for GRW HQ App - Lost all progress

Where do you find support for this App?

I've been using it since the launch of GRW. I was just playing it in my spare time, just logged back in no more then 30 mins later from my previous session and all my progress is lost. The Guerrilla game started up like I never played it before. How is this even possible now a days? Why isn't the progress tied to your account or uplay account? Could you imagine people logging into their pokeman go game to find everything they've done is gone?

It was an interesting app. Something to do away from the game that actually helped your progress. If you were thinking about downloading it, don't bother. 3 days later it will just erase everything you've done.

iOS latest version, latest app version for reference.

I can't even get mine to sync up with the game (Xbox). Whats strange is that it was syncing up fine during the open beta..

Mine worked flawlessly. Synced fine, sent a round of resources fine. Was just playing it in-between work brakes and I come back to it like I never played. Its 2017, you'd think a server side save would work right.

Funny thing is, it saved all my options, Xbox IP, sound options. Game? nope I wont save you.

The only thing I could offer you is my gamesave from iPhone but that would require you to have an Jailbroken iPhone to use it and even then I'm not sure if it would properly work.

Same thing happened to me. The only thing I could think of was that I installed it on my iPhone as well so I could have the odd game on the train. After that my iPad went back to day one.
