I had crashes about 2-5 minutes. Now 0 crashes after hours of playing.
Solution : turn off shader/disk cache in Nvidia driver panel.
To make sure I turned this on and I had crash after 3 minutes of playing.
And, If you use alt+tab during playing you must be sure that crash is coming within 2-3 minutes - even with this solution. So don't go to desktop during playing.
Please Ubisoft make workaround for this is in next patch

Unfortunately this Fix did not work for me. The Game still freezes randomly and crashes to the Desktop.
