AI Team Sees and Shoots through terrain

OK, I've searched the forum for this topic, I'm sure it's been mentioned but I cant find it....
Anyway, I don't like that team AI can:

    A) See through terrain and spot enemy
    B) Shoot through terrain and kill enemy (this actually caused a death for me once, team mate steathily sync shot through a large fuel container I was crouched behind. Little did I know it started fire...WTF)
C)While enemy is hunting, Team AI can LITERALLY walk RIGHT NEXT TO ENEMY and wont kill him, wont announce his presence, and on flipside enemy also walks right past team AI and wont attack or act surprised??? This occured many times, most recently on a watch tower I was sniping from. I noticed enemy was starting to climb the stairs, so I exited weapon scope view, and watched the enemy walk right past my guys on the narrow enclosed stairway, reaching me at the top of the platform where I had to take him out. Not sure what thats all about but clearly issues with AI behavior.

Yeah they need to add an option to turn them off. I'd really enjoy making another character just for solo play.

The AI team is broke, dumb, and a hindrance.

Yeah, this has been going on throughout the betas - the line of sight issue for AI seems pretty well hard-coded into the game, and I doubt it's going to be fixed. The below shows my team killing Yuri & Polito's guards whilst being in the room above them.

Maybe they have the gun from Eraser?

    That's garbage.

HAHAH Exactly what I'm talking about.... terrible. I'm not sure how games development works, but seeing as UBI released the Rainbow Six series in the past, I thought that Rainbow SIx Las Vegas 2 had pretty damn advanced game mechanics, cover system, weapons, enemy and team AI was pretty reliable and realistic. Also loved breaching doors and clearing rooms with the team. Was waaaaaaay more creative, polished and tactical minded. I think that the gripes we all have is that when a franchise or a developer releases a sequel game in a franchise or title, there would be some legacy, like the previous advances in game mechanics would be brought up into the next games incarnation. Sadly this is obviously not the case...
Anyone who has not played the campaign stories of Rainbow Six Las Vegas2 or Ghost Recon FS give those a whirl. You'll see what I mean. Super fun and engaging. No reason why the elements of those games which are going on over 10 years old shouldnt have been brought up to Wildlands. I know the hardcore fans like the even earlier releases of both franchises but just saying. We shouldnt have to settle for the subpar crap that's continuosly relased. I'm trying to give this game a chance but its just not there.
