I take a helicopter ALONE and 10 seconds later my team magically is also in the chopper who I left ON PURPOSE on the ground.
Is this a bug?

No, AI teleport is a feature. Never loose your buddies It's the easiest and maybe the only possible way how to make them follow you without any troubles. But Yes, it would be cool if there would be a switch betwen "follow me" and "unfollow me" modes. Some people really want to play "lone wolf" solo.

I have to say i enjoy that they get in the chopper or car. This way that way I don't have to wait for them to get into the vehicle and if i lose one I don't have to worry about finding him or going back to get them.

I love the feature too. This is a huge open world, its almost impossible to program the AI perfectly, because theyre gonna always stuck in something, etc. You just dont have to wait for them, thereby avoiding possible AI problems.

Meh.. Not a big deal. And I prefer to play with friends anyway. When I'm not playing with friends I do prefer that I don't have to wait for some dummy AI to make his way to the vehicle when I want to leave. And here's a simple fix to this problem... Just wait for them to enter the vehicle if you want it to be more realistic.

Could be a bug if it took 10 seconds for them to spawn on you. It is usually much faster.
