I got friends im trying to sell this game to, but they refuse until pvp is out.

The division took 11 months before pvp.

What was the decision behind this awful move by not including PvP from the begininng? I think the reason on it not being finished is completely bull, instead it's probably because you guys think noone is going to take singleplayer/coop experience seriously.
