Wow, me, my brother, and my cousin are having the best time playing this game. We have been bemoaning the lack of a good co-op buddy game since gtaV online started to get stale. We like this game quite a bit more. The world is absolutely gorgeous, I mean it's unbelievably beautiful and varied. The amount of work that went into such a massive map is staggering. The flexibility the game affords us to have fun is just awesome, several times we've just concocted the most insane way we could possibly take a mission and then pulled it off. The hardest difficulty level is still a tad too easy, but at least if we totally screw up we usually can't just blast our way out easily.

Some of my favorite moments:

Free falling from the ceiling (a staggering 3 miles high) and pulling our chutes at the last moment, deep inside a heavily armed enemy encampment. We had to pull our chutes at the last moment to avoid detection, landed on the roof of a second story building and then setting up three LOFs and sniping the whole camp before being detected.

Having our copter pilot chute onto a massive like 20 story crane that is unreachable from the ground and set up overwatch while two of us drove into the camp, one on a mounted minigun. We had four c4s attached to the car as well, We blasted through the gate and then the gunner bailed from the truck while the other guy drove the truck straight into a huge group of enemies and triggered the c4...he died in a ball of glorious fire.

Dressing up as tourists to infiltrate the casino from the beach and making our way through the villas, slowly and stealthily, before taking up positions and blasting the place to pieces.

This game is an amazing sandbox guys, kudos. I'm having the best freakin' time playing it..

Ditto...The group I'm playing with is having similar experiences. We also were waiting for a good Co-Op, and this game ended up being a Great Co-Op.

I really like how there is a variety of ways to go about completing a mission. We did one particular mission last night that involved a house that was saturated in both Cartel and Unidad troops. Long story short we could have gone in heavy but I wanted to try something else so we had some snipers watch the place while I took a chopper and flew really high and a bit of a distance away. A long parachute jump later and some quick sniper shots to clear the roof right before I landed and we completed the mission with a bit of planning and some outside the box thinking. Best co-op experience we've had in a long time.
